The majority of our free-range beef comes from our own farm at Brentor. When we haven't got our own beef available, we source it from local farms. Our whole fillet joint is ideal for a Sunday roast, served with the usual accompaniments and horseradish, or for a special occasion. The meat juices make delicious rich tasting gravy.
