The majority of our free-range beef comes from our own farm at Brentor. When we haven't got our own beef available, we source it from local farms. Our topside joint is very tasty and is ideal for Sunday roasts or a midweek meal, served with the usual accompaniments and horseradish. The meat juices make delicious tasting gravy.
