The majority of our free-range beef comes from our own farm at Brentor. When we haven't got our own beef available, we source it from local farms. Steak and kidney are a good combination when making a pie to serve with fresh vegetables and mashed potato. Typically the kidney outweighs the steak to allow the stronger flavour to dominate.
