We can spatchcock a chicken for you (remove the backbone) so it can be cooked flat on a barbecue or in the oven. We offer 2 sizes and you can have them plain or in a glaze. We offer Barbecue, Garlic Butter, Chinese, Kentucky Bourbon, Lemon Pepper, Sticky Maple, Buffalo (spicy) or Caribbean Jerk. We add a bit of olive oil to keep it moist. The photograph is of a 1.1 kg garlic butter chicken.
