The majority of our free-range beef comes from our own farm at Brentor. When we haven't got our own beef available, we source it from local farms. Sirloin steak is normally grilled or cooked on the barbecue and served with chips, peas and all the trimmings. Cooked in the correct way it has an amazing taste and will leave you wanting more.
