The majority of our free-range beef comes from our own farm at Brentor. When we haven't got our own beef available, we source it from local farms. Rump steak is best cooked on the barbecue or under the grill and served with chips, peas and all the trimmings. If cooked correctly, it should be tender to cut and should melt on the tongue.
