The majority of our free-ranged beef comes from our own farm at Brentor. When we haven't got our own beef, we source it from local farms. Our rolled sirloin joint is ideal for Sunday roasts, served with the usual accompaniments and horseradish. The meat juices make excellent tasting gravy and you won't be disappointed in this cut.
