The majority of our free-range beef comes from our own farm at Brentor. When we haven't got our own beef available, we source it from local farms. Our rib joint is a very tasty meat and is ideal for Sunday roasts, served with the usual accompaniments and horseradish. The meat juices make an excellent tasting gravy. This joint will not disappoint.
