The majority of our free-range beef comes from our own farm at Brentor. When we haven't got our own beef available, we source it from local farms. Rib eye steak is cooked in the same way as rump steak, lightly grilled or barbecued and served with chips, peas and all the trimmings. It has a marbled appearance and cooked correctly has an amazing taste.
