We make our own quiches in our Tavistock shop. They are made in 11cm or 21cm diameter pastry cases and contain bacon, eggs, onion, cheese and milk. We also do a brie, red onion marmalade and cheddar quiche (which also contain egg and milk). Ideal for a quick snack or put with salad and new potatoes for a light summer evening meal.
