Our local free-range pork is sourced from Milton Abbot and Whitstone. Pigs liver is traditionally fried in a pan with onions and smells amazing whilst cooking. It is usually served with bacon, peas and mashed potato. The juices left in the pan make an amazing tasting gravy.
