Ox Kidney

The majority of our free-range beef comes from our own farm at Brentor. When we haven't got our own beef available, we source it from local farms. Ox kidney is a very flavoursome meat which can be added to steak to make a heart-warming steak and kidney pie. Alternatively, add them to your stews for a richer taste and different texture.
