Our large eggs are sourced from Pensilva, Liskeard and Burnham-on-Sea, Somerset. They can, of course, be used for a whole host of dishes and recipes and provide a nutritious breakfast poached on toast, scrambled or boiled. Their yolks are commonly much darker and their flavour more intense than the eggs of caged hens.
