The majority of our free-range beef comes from our own farm at Brentor. When we haven't got our own beef available, we source it from local farms. Flat iron steaks have been made 'trendy' again by television chefs. Cut from the shoulder of the animal, the steak is perfectly marbled and is best served grilled. Start on a high heat and reduce this until it's cooked to your desired taste.
