The majority of our free-range beef comes from our own farm at Brentor. When we haven't got our own beef available, we source it from local farms. Fillet steak is the best cut from the cow and only needs to be cooked for a short amount of time. There is hardly any fat on this meat and it works well on the barbecue in the summer or grilled all year round.
