Downings own dry-cured smoked back bacon

NEW PRODUCT: We have started to dry-cure our own bacon in our Tavistock shop. We take local free-range pork then cure and slice it ourselves. It is proving very popular with our pubs, restaurants and customers. Slightly thicker cut than our other bacon and it's also rindless. We will substitute this bacon with our Cornish dry-cured if it's unavailable.
