Our local free-range pork is sourced from Milton Abbot and Whitstone. We hand make our sausages in our Bere Alston shop using only fine local ingredients. Our Coachhouse sausage is based on a pork, ham and marmalade recipe and proves to be our most popular flavoured sausage, thanks to the comedian Jethro who suggested the recipe to us.
