The majority of our free-range beef is from our own farm at Brentor. When we haven't got our own beef available, we source it from local farms. Braising steak is best used in casseroles and stews as it needs to be cooked long and slow for best results. The flavour will add to the taste of the gravy and the end result will be amazing.
