The majority of our free-range beef is from our own farm at Brentor. When we haven't got our own beef available, we source it from local farms. Minced beef is very versatile and the list of recipes is endless, although cottage pie, lasagne, bolognese and chilli are among our favourites. We mince our own off-cuts of beef and make sure that it is lean.
